Here at Kibo we aim for the highest customer satisfaction possible, that's why we have a "no hassle" 30 days return policy.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your order just contact us and we will be happy to help! Please note that you are responsible for securely packaging, covering the return cost and sending the items back to us.

Packaging Requirements

  • Pack your item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible
  • Include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation
  • Ensure items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Remove all personal labels/stickers that may have been added
  • We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery

When returning your order please make sure it has been no longer than 30 days since receiving it and it is unused, in its original packaging and condition as to when it arrived. 

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    We do not allow refunds due to shipping times. Our Shipping information is provided on the product page, and on the Shipping Policy page. If you do not wish to keep the item once you have received it, you can return it for a refund.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If you’ve reduced the value of the item, for example if the returned product is scratched, dirty or broken, then a fee will be deducted from your refund.

    For orders that exceed our stated delivery timeframe, we offer partial refunds based on the delay duration:

    • Delays of 7-14 days beyond the maximum estimated delivery time: 25% refund of order value
    • Delays of 15+ days beyond the maximum estimated delivery time: 50% refund of order value

    Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel your order please let us know within 4 hours of placing your order. Order cancellation requests after the first 4 hour timeframe will not be accepted.
